Returns policy

We will always do our best to give you as much information as possible about a product and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Despite of this, it happens that you are not satisfied with a product or that it does not work properly.
Fortunately, you as an online customer always have the right to refund your product within 14 days from the moment the order is delivered.

During these 14 days we ask you to handle the product and packaging carefully.
Please unpack the product carefully and as far as necessary to assess whether or not you wish to keep the product.
If you are not satisfied and want to use this right of withdrawal, please return the product including all accessories in
(as far as possible) original condition and packaging to Electro-sat.

If the product has visible traces of use, missing accessories or missing packaging you are no longer entitled to the full purchase price.
In this case you will receive a partial refund from us. This is always 70% of the original purchase amount.
It is possible that the packaging of the product does not return in its original state. In this case,
we will not make an issue out of this and you will eligible for a full refund.

This policy assures that you are always able to rethink your purchase within 14 days after delivery of the product.

Unfortunately, some products are exceptions to this rule.
These rules are set by the manufacturer and are outside of our control. 

- Purchases specially made to order (incorporate and provided with software)
- All modules and smart cards.
- Products that are mounted.

Return procedure

We have kept our return procedure as simple as possible. If you want to return your product 
you can simply fill in our online return form and send your product. We wil arrange the rest.

1.Make sure you include your invoice with the shipment.
2.Make sure you include a thorough description about the reason for refund.
3.Ensure that the product is complete before being returned.
4.Ensure the packaging is as complete and undamaged as possible.
5.Make sure you mention e-mail and / or telephone number where you can be reached and possibly an the bank-account number for a refund.
6.Make sure that you send your package with the right amount of stamps and a readable address. 

The costs for the return will be charged to your account. We will refund the amount as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after the return.


If you have problems with your product and would like to have it repaired by us, we ask you to follow the same return procedure as above. Please indicate in the form that in this case, it concerns a repair and give as much information as possible about the problem. You can also send photos to stating your details. Always check our warranty conditions before requesting a return or repair.


Despite the fact that we make every effort to meet all your wishes, it is possible that you still have a complaint about our services. You can report a complaint via e-mail or by post to our customer service department. We will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. Send your complaint to:
