Do the IPTV receivers including channels?

No, we only sell the IPTV receivers. You have to program the channels yourself with third party software. We do not sell subscriptions for IPTV except the subscriptions for.

Can I return my product?

You can return your product within 14 days without reason. But also for repair or to exchange your product if you are not satisfied. Read more about returns here. Or fill out our return form via the button below.

it would be nice if you call in advance if the product is in stock. You have the option to either pay in cash or by pin.

Why did not I receive a confirmation email?

Most likely, the confirmation email will be marked as 'spam' and it will be in one of your 'spam inboxes'. This can happen because of the settings in your spam filters or from your email provider. If you use 'hotmail', 'yahoo', 'gmail' or other (free) providers, chances are that the delivery post can become marked as 'spam'. It is also possible that you have made a typing error while ordering. Please contact us for security.

What can I do if I do not have a confirmation email?

Are you sure that you have filled in all your details when ordering but received no confirmation e-mail? Please send an e-mail to with the subject Confirmation mail not received and we will get back to you. Please mention your Information and the ordered products and we will check it To send you an conformation email if possible.

Do you also ship outside off the Netherlands?

Yes, we ship within Europe. The standard price is €15.50. The prices may vary and you can find the current prices during ordering. Please notice that larger products are not accepted in some countries, In these cases, the package will be returned to us by said delivery service.

Can I change my order?

If you want to change your order this is possible. We recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible, you can also send an email. We have enclosed our emails directly, and ensure that the changes continue.

Can I track my order?

The PostNL's Track and Trace service ensures that you can follow your order easily. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail containing a code. You can enter this code on the Track and Trace page of PostNL. There, you will see the current status of your package.

Are the receivers pre-installed?

The receiver is not programmed by default and comes with a standard software. This software is not suitable in combination with the smartcard of, for example, CanalDigitaal or Tv-Vlaanderen. We therefore recommend that you choose to pre-program it when ordering the product. You can select this before you place the product in the shopping cart.

I sent something back, but I have not yet received a message?
